Credit River Métis Council Hosting Beading Circle in Brampton

The Credit River Council Métis Beading Circle is beginning for 2014, and the first night is Wednesday, February 19, 2014 from 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m at the Credit River Métis Council Office, 10A Bram Ct., Unit 4, Brampton, Ontario. Drop in or stay for the entire evening.

The Credit River Métis Council opens its office once a month for an evening of beading. Everyone is welcome. Please join us for a social and fun night out. Lesley works with the Faculty of Animation, Arts and Design as a program officer, but she has also taken on work in the Aboriginal community and coordinates Sheridan Aboriginal services, including summer arts workshops for Aboriginal teens. She supports Aboriginal initiatives and outreach to this community, as part of our faculty’s proactive interest in the Aboriginal Arts community.
