Marco Cibola’s new public artwork: Composition 325
As part of our goal to enhance our campus with the work of our faculty and students, we asked Marco Cibola to create a large-scale painting for the Faculty of Animation, Arts and Design office, A100.
Marco, (faculty, Bachelor of Illustration) is well versed in creating public art and murals. The new work currently on display is titled Composition 325.
Marco’s process is inspired by remixing and sampling music. In his own way of remixing, Marco develops independent forms, then experiments with mixing and collaging them together. Color is an important part of Marco’s exploration and final composition.
Please drop by A100 and have a look!
