Rafael Goldchain, Bachelor of Photography program coordinator, is taking part in an exhibition called Clash: Conflict and its Consequences at the National Gallery of Canada from Feb. 1 to Apr. 21. The exhibit examines war and conflict, and the consequences for those engaged in it. In related news, a documentary based on Rafael’s life and work, Beautifully Broken, will broadcast on TVO in May. The documentary was produced by Media Arts faculty Vladimir Kabelik, and it examines Rafael’s fascination with identity and mortality, stemming from his Jewish background.
