Sheridan Alumni had a significant presence at the 2015 Toronto Film Festival (TIFF) covering a variety of special events including the Festival Street Event. Alumni from Sheridan’s Journalism New Media, Advanced Television and Film and Bachelor of Film and TV helped control our social media platforms reaching out through Twitter and Instagram. Sheridan, in collaboration with TIFF, had their own hashtags which helped gain a significant social media presence on Twitter all weekend. The hashtags #SheridanGradsAtTIFF – #SheridanTIFF and #SheridanAtTIFF were all part of Sheridan’s coverage at the Festival Street Event.
